All matters regarding Consular Services can be found in the PCG Calgary website. Just go to Philippine Consulate (philcongencalgary.org).

2. What is RED RIBBON and how can I get it?
There is no need for “RED RIBBONS” to be affixed to all documents to be submitted in the Philippines.
